Our service and maintenance team, repair team and installer team are com- posed of qualified and experienced technical personnel in the field of applied refrigeration and air-conditioning. These personnel have attended and under- gone formal technical training in the field of refrigeration and air-conditioning technology both in theoretical and actual application. Also with reference to their experience, these personnel have extensive previous experience, which they have acquired from their former companies and are provided with technical manual for every equipment installed, in the satisfactory performance of their works. They will use the establishments service car for service call and a workshop supervisor will supervise them in their day-to- day performance.
